摘要
通过提出基于层次分析法的高校教师评价体系,对高校教师的科研能力从科研、教学、思想品德等三个方面进行考核评价,并且通过层次分析法来确定各个考核指标的合理权重,优化指标配比;最终对各个教师形成特征突出的评价体系。该体系克服了现有评价系统的缺陷,对教师评价体系的研究具有一定的促进作用。
In this study,the teacher evaluation system was presented based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),from scientific research,teaching,ideological evaluation of three aspects of evaluation of teachers,reasonably the weight of each index and the optimization index ratio was determined by AHP.Finally,the prominent features of evaluation system for the teachers was formed.The system overcomes the shortcomings of the existing evaluation system and plays a certain role in promoting the research of teacher evaluation system.
