ESR、PF4检测在云锡矿工非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨检测红细胞沉降率(ESR)、血小板第4因子(PF4)对云锡矿工非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床应用价值。方法:对红河州第一人民医院2015年3月至2017年3月121例云锡矿工NSCLC患者、62例非云锡矿工NSCLC患者及50例健康体检者血清中ESR、PF4的水平进行检测。结果:NSCLC患者血清中ESR、PF4水平明显高于健康体检者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);Ⅲ~Ⅳ期NSCLC患者血清中ESR、PF4水平明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);云锡矿工NSCLC患者血清中ESR、PF4水平高于同期非云锡矿工NSCLC患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清ESR、PF4为早期发现云锡矿工NSCLC的有效血清标志物,在云锡矿工NSCLC的早期诊断中有临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of detection of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and platelet factor 4(PF4) of Yunnan tin non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods Detection the levels of ESR and PF4 in 121 cases of Yunnan tin NSCLC,62 cases of non-Yunnan tin NSCLC and 50 healthy persons. Result The levels of ESR and PF4 in NSCLC were significantly higher than healthy controls(P < 0.01). The levels of ESR and PF4 were significantly higher in stage III-IV than in stage I-II(P < 0.05). The levels of ESR and PF4 in Yunnan Tin NSCLC were higher than non-Yunnan Tin in the same stage(P < 0.05). Conclusions The detection of ESR and PF4 is effective and is valuable in the early diagnosis of Yunnan Tin NSCLC.
