子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜联合不同药物治疗效果比较

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of Laparoscopic Conservative Surgery Combined with Different Treatments for Endometriosis

目的:观察腹腔镜保守性手术后联合不同治疗方法对子宫内膜异位症(EM)治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2014年3月至2016年3月惠州市中心人民医院156例近期无生育要求子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为A、B、C三组,各52例:A组为腹腔镜保守性手术+戈舍瑞林+优思明;B组为腹腔镜保守性手术+戈舍瑞林;C组为腹腔镜保守性手术+优思明,比较三组间CA125水平的影响、不良反应发生率和复发率。结果:B组12个月的CA125水平高于A组与B组,C组不良反应发生率要明显低于A组和B组;B组复发率要明显高于A组和C组,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:优思明用于子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜保守性手术后的长期治疗,可降低复发率和缓解子宫内膜异位症相关疼痛。

Objective To observe the effect of laparoscopic conservative surgery combined with different treatment methods on endometriosis.Method 156 patients with endometriosis without fertility requirement were randomly divided into three groups:group A with laparoscopic conservative surgery+goserin+eusmectin;group B with laparoscopic conservative surgery+goserin;group C with laparoscopic conservative surgery+eusmectin.The effects of CA125 level,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate among the three groups were compared.Result The CA125 level in group C for 12 months was lower than that in group A and group B.The incidence of adverse reactions in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and group B.The recurrence rate in group B was significantly higher than that in group A and group C.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term treatment of endometriosis patients after laparoscopic conservative surgery can reduce the recurrence rate and alleviate the pain associated with endometriosis.
