宫颈液基细胞联合HPV–DNA检测在宫颈癌筛查中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究薄层液基细胞学联合人类乳头状病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HPV–DNA)检测在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值。方法:选取舞钢市妇幼保健院2014年9月至2017年12月接受宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查的250例作为研究对象。所有患者均通过病理组织学检测,同时对所有患者行液基制片法和HPV–DNA法检测。比较不同检测方法的检测结果,以及灵敏度、特异度和假阳性等指标。结果:其中薄层液基细胞学检测方法结果显示宫颈癌发病率最高,炎症发病率最低,薄层液基细胞学联合HPV检测结果显示炎症发病率最高,宫颈癌发病率最低。薄层液基细胞学检测联合HPV–DNA检测灵敏度和特度性均高于另外两种检测方法单独使用,结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。薄层液基细胞学检测假阳性率为7.45%,HPV–DNA检测假阳性率为6.88%,而薄层液基细胞学检测联合HPV–DNA检测假阳性率为5.02%,显著低于另外两种方法,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:薄层液基细胞学检测联合HPV–DNA检测在宫颈癌的检测中灵敏度和特异度均较高。
