硝苯地平与硫酸镁联合治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效 被引量:5

Effect of Nifedipine Combined with Magnesium Sulfate on Antioxidant Ability and Hemorheology in Patients with Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension

摘要 目的:探讨硝苯地平与硫酸镁联合治疗妊娠期高血压及对抗氧化能力及血液流变学的影响。方法:根据随机双盲法将2017年2月至2018年8月在深圳市第二人民医院就诊的94例妊娠期高血压患者分为两组,各47例。对照组采用硫酸镁治疗,观察组采用硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、抗氧化能力及血液流变学指标。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率95.74%较对照组的82.98%高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后两组患者血清总抗氧化能力(TAC)、人超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、人谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH–Px)水平均较治疗前高,且观察组较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后两组患者血清丙二醛(MDA)水平、全血黏度及全血还原黏度各指标均较治疗前低,且观察组较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:硝苯地平与硫酸镁联合治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效确切,对患者抗氧化能力及血液流变学指标均起到积极改善作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate on antioxidant ability and hemorheology in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH).Methods 94 PIH patients in the hospital from February 2017 to August 2018 were divided into control group and combined group according to randomized double blind method,with 47 cases in each group.Control group was given magnesium sulfate,while combined group was treated with nifedipine and magnesium sulfate.The clinical efficacy,antioxidant ability and hemorheology indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of control group(95.74%VS 82.98%)(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of TAC,SOD and GSH–Px in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and combined group was higher than control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the MDA,whole blood viscosity and whole blood reduction viscosity(WBRV)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and combined group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate in treatment of PIH is effective,it can improve antioxidant ability and hemorheology indexes.
