高效液相色谱法在银杏叶提取物检验中的应用

Application of High Performance Liquid Chromatography in the Examination of Ginkgo Biloba Extract

目的:探讨在药品检验中应用高效液相色谱法的价值。方法:将银杏叶提取物中银杏黄酮药物作为研究对象,取药物制成研究样本,对样本实施薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法检测,均实施5次测定,取平均值作为最终结果,分析检测结果。结果:高效液相色谱法检测银杏黄酮药物中山萘素、槲皮素、异鼠李素的纯度、分离率、回收度与薄层色谱法对比均更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在药品检验中应用高效液相色谱法检测的效果良好,可提升药品纯度、分离率、回收度。

Objective To explore the value of applying high performance liquid chromatography in drug testing.Methods The ginkgo flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba extract were used as research objects,and the samples were prepared by taking the drugs.The samples were subjected to thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography.The measurements were performed 5 times and the average value was taken as the final result.Analyze the test results.Results The purity,separation rate and recovery of kaempferol,quercetin and isorhamnetin in Ginkgo biloba fiavonoids were higher by HPLC and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high performance liquid chromatography in drug testing has a good effect,which can improve the purity,separation rate and recovery of drugs.
