芪苈强心胶囊和通心络治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭

Therapeutic Effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsule Combined with Tongxinluo Capsule on Heart Failure in Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy

目的:探析中成药芪苈强心胶囊联合通心络胶囊治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的效果。方法:选取驻马店市中医院2016年4月至2018年4月收治的扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者220例为研究对象,根据患者意愿分为西医组与中西医组。西医组采用常规西医对症治疗,中西医组在西医组基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊和通心络胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:中西医组患者治疗总有效率为96.36%,高于西医组88.18%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,中西医组心搏量(SV)、心排血量(CO)和左心射血分数(LVEF)均高于西医组,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)低于西医组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:采用芪苈强心胶囊联合通心络胶囊治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者疗效确切,促进患者心功能改善,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese patent medicine Qili Qiangxin capsule on heart failure in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods 220 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure were selected from April 2016 to April 2018 in Zhumadian TCM hospital.According to the patient’s wishes,the patients in the western medicine group were given symptomatic treatment of conventional western medicine.The patients in the Chinese and Western medicine group were treated with Qili Qiangxin Capsule and Tongxinluo Capsule,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 96.36%in the Chinese and Western medicine group and 88.18%in the Western medicine group,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SV,CO and LVEF in the Chinese and western medicine group were higher than that in the western medicine group,and LVEDD was lower than that in the western medicine group,P<0.05.Conclusion The curative effect of Chinese patent medicine Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with Tongxinluo capsule in treating heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy is definite,which can improve the cardiac function of patients and improve their quality of life.
