基于微元柱面法的机床圆柱固定面等效参数预估模型

摘要 为实现机床圆柱固定结合面等效参数的预测,提出了一种基于微元柱面法的预估模型。基于微元平面法的预估模型虽可对圆柱固定结合面等效参数进行一定程度的预估,但其在矢量方向及微观角度的表征具有局限性;依据微元柱面法获得的等效旋转接触刚度及等效轴向接触刚度预估模型,与圆柱固定面的实际接触情况更吻合,弥补了微元平面法的不足;最后对该预估模型的应用作出示例。 To obtain a prediction model of the equivalent parameters of cylindrical fixed joint in machine tools, a model based on the micro-element cylinder method was proposed. Although the model based on the micro-element plane method could achieve the goal, there was, to some extent, a limitation to the characterization of vector direction and microscopic angle of cylindrical fixed joint; the prediction model of equivalent rotating contact stiffness and equivalent axial contact stiffness based on the micro-element cylinder method is more consistent with the actual contact state of cylindrical fixed joint, then it will compensate for the shortage of the micro-element plane method. Finally, this paper gives an example of the prediction model in the project.
