高职商务英语人才培养模式改革的研究与实践——以南京科技职业学院为例

Research and Practice on Reform of Talent Cultivating Mode for Business Major in Vocational Colleges——A Case Study from Nanjing Polytechnic Institute

商务英语是一门以培养复合型英语人才为任务的应用型、交叉性、多门类的特殊学科,其人才培养目标、教学理念、课程设计、教学内容等具有其自身特点。根据对商务英语专业所对应的岗位群的深入调研,包括近年来的行业分析、地域分析、企业人才需求分析及毕业生跟踪调查分析,结合专业发展实际情况,南京科技职业学院实施了新一轮人才培养模式改革,探索出一线贯穿(practice)、双语渗透(bilingualism)、三向并行(direction)、四级递进(progress)的PBDP改革模式。

Business English is a subject which focuses on cultivating compound talents with practical, cross-subject and multi-classified features. It is featured with cultivating goals, teaching concepts, curriculum design as well as teaching contents. Nanjing Polytechnic Institute has carried out a reform of talent cultivating mode in a new round with the name“P(practice) B(bilingualism) D(Direction) P(progress)”based on the deep research on post groups related to business major, industry analysis, regional analysis, need analysis as well as tracking survey among alumni in recent years.
