摘要
本文研究了化学镀Ni-P-(RE)-SiO2复合镀层工艺中SiO2含量、稀土含量、表面活性剂种类及含量和搅拌方式等因素对镀层中SiO2含量及镀速的影响;并对镀层的表面形貌和性能进行了测定。结果表明:该复合镀层附着性好,有较强的耐蚀性能。
The process of preparing Electroless Ni -P-(Re) - SiO2 composite coating has been researched in this paper. The bath parameters ,such as concentration of SiO2 and RE, variety or concentration of the surfactants and stirring method which influenced the properties of the co-coating has been studied. And the morphology of the coating has been examined also. Results show that the co-composite coating possess excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance.
