摘要
以CPLD为核心器件设计格式转换运算单元、地址发生单元和控制单元,配以视频ADC、PLL、存储器、视频DAC和PAL编码器设计具有联机实时转换VGA至TV和脱机演播VGA采集图片的VGA视频转换/浏览器。格式转换的实例表明该方法具有较好的效果,能适用于配有大屏幕电视机的电化教室MCAI。
Taking the CPLD as a core to design converting calculating unit, address generator and controller, with the video ADC, PLL, memory, video DAC and PAL coding unit being used, a VGA-TV converter/browser is put foreword. The method of the system is proved that it is effective. It can be suitable in MCAI application with video devices.
