摘要
采用国产SWRH62A优质碳素钢,通过热处理工艺和钢丝绳制作工艺的优化研究研制成功了适用于轿车电动门窗升降器的钢丝绳,其抗盐雾腐蚀的性能和力学性能均达到甚至超过了轿车电动门窗升降器用钢丝绳的技术要求。其实车车门耐久性寿命均大大超过15000工作循环周次。
The steel wire rope for sedan electronic operational window regulator were developed by using domestic SWRH62A fine carbon steel and optimizing heat treatment and manufacturing process.The technique requirements were met in salt spray test and mechanical property test and more than15000cycles of operation in the durability test were obtained.
