Detection of Blocking Antibody Deficiency in Repeated Spontaneous Abortion and Research Development

反复自然流产 (RSA)的发生 ,除解剖、内分泌、遗传、感染等原因 ,免疫因素也不容忽视 ,其中封闭抗体 (BA)的缺失是免疫性反复自然流产的重要原因。近年来对RSA患者的BA检测及其缺失的反复自然流产患者的治疗取得一定进展 ,本文就此进行了综述。

The incidence of repeated spontaneous abortion (RSA) is related to anatomic, endocrine, hereditary, and infectious factors. Yet immunity factor cannot be neglected, and blocking antibody (BA) deficiency is the major cause of immune RSA. In the recent years development has been made in the detection of BA deficiency in RSA patients as well as its treatment. This paper gives a summary of such development.
