摘要
对铁型覆砂的工艺进行了数字模拟,并以4JB1球铁曲轴为例,说明通过对其凝固过程的数值模拟可以为曲轴的工艺设计、工装改进及凝固后的组织和性能预测提供重要的方法和手段,并可大大降低试制成本。
The computer numeral simulation of iron model with sand liner was carried on.By the example of4JB1crankshaft,it was found that the computer numeral simulation was an important approach to design the technology,im-prove assembly jig,predict the structure and properties after solidification and then reduce the costs.
