摘要
CNGV(压缩天然气汽车)钢瓶经过喷丸强化处理与未经喷丸强化处理的疲劳和水爆对比研究表明,喷丸强化处理可以增加CNGV钢瓶的表面残留应力,降低水爆试验钢瓶的屈服压力,有效降低疲劳硬化,提高钢瓶在使用中的延性,有利于改善和保证钢瓶的安全性。
By comparing the fatigue and water burst fracture of CNGV steel tank between shot penning and non-shot pen ning,it was found that shot penning technology could increase the surface residual stresses,lower the yield pres-sures and fatigue hardening.There fore,the ductility of CNGV steel tank was improved and this will contribute to its safe service.
