摘要
长期以来,我国企业从领导层到管理人员对人力资源管理中“人”的问题没有明确的认识,对“人”的开发也没有给予足够的重视。在竞争日趋激烈的今天,我国企业要想谋生存求发展,就必须对激励以及激励开发的问题充分的重视起来,教育人们正确认识现阶段我国企业开展人力资源激励开发活动的紧迫性和重大的现实意义。
The importance of human resource has been negligent for a long time by both the authorities and the managers in our enterprises. Being in such a competitive situation, the enterprises, if they head for their survival and development in the long run, should pay more attention to stimulation together with its development. And we should recognize the urgency and realistic meaning in the development of stimulation.
