氟塑料推力瓦的研制与应用

摘要 水轮发电机组的机械设备故障中,60%以上出自推力轴承,为此,研制出了一种新的推力瓦——氟塑料推力瓦。它的性能大大优于巴氏合金推力瓦,而价格却很低廉,且使用、维护也很简单。通过介绍氟塑料的特点,氟塑料推力瓦的结构及其工作情况,采用氟塑料推力瓦的优点和采用它应注意的问题,证明氟塑料推力瓦的应用大有前途。 In the failures of mechanical equipments of hydro-generator sets, more than 60% of them were caused by thrust bearing, For this reason a new type of thrust pad-fluoroplastic thrust pad has been developed. Its performance is more excellent than the Babbit lined bearing; its cost is cheaper; and it is simple in applying and maintenance. the char- acters of fluoroplastics, the structures and working situations of fluoroplastic thrust pad are described. The advantages of fluoroplastic thrust pad and the problems of its application are indicated also. From this the good application prospects of fluoroplastic thrust pad are proved.
