摘要
BPR(Business Process Reengineering)即业务流程重组,是兴起于美国的最新管理思想。本文在阐述BPR的基础上,探讨以IT技术为手段,运用BPR理念对高校学籍管理流程进行改造,以达到提高其运作效率,降低管理成本的目的。
The theory of Business Process Reengineering was the newest managerial principle, prevailing in America. Based on expatiating the principle of BPR, this paper discusses how to use BPR theory for reengineering the process of student - records management with information technology, in order to improve operational efficiencies and reduce managerial costs.
