摘要
在各种不同的表面温度Ts =130~ 30 0℃的PTC陶瓷上烧渗铝电极 ,并进行通电热老化实验 ,结果表明 :表面温度Ts越高其电阻变化率增大越快 ,当Ts小于 2 0 0℃时电阻变化率比较小 。
The roasted aluminum electrode and hot aging experiment of PTC ceramics in the different surface temperature(Ts=130~300℃)were investigated.The results show that the higher the surface temperature (Ts),The larger the rate of resitance,of which is small when Ts is less than 200℃.The aging is caused by electrode in PTC ceramics.
