工艺参数对反应烧结AlN陶瓷的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Processing Parameters on Reaction-Bonded Aluminum Nitride(RBAN)Ceramics

摘要 以Al,AlN粉为原料 ,采用反应烧结技术制备AlN陶瓷。Al粉含量、Al粉粒径、成型压力和升温制度是RBAN的重要工艺参数 ,优化工艺参数可制备出性能良好的AlN陶瓷。Al体积分数 4 5 % ,170 0℃温度下可制备出烧结密度为 93% ,抗弯强度为 2 AlN ceramics were fabricated by a novel method of reaction-bonded aluminum nitride (RBAN)technique.Important parameters controlling the RBAN process are Al content,particle size,compaction pressure and green density.AlN ceramics with 93% and bending strength of 292 MPa were fabricated at 1700℃ for the sample with 45 vol% Al content by controlling appropriate processing parameters.
