配位滴定法分析双金属氰化物络合催化剂中锌和铁 被引量:1

The Complex Titration Analysis of Content of Zn and Fe in the Double Metal Cyanide Catalyst

摘要 研究了用配位滴定分析方法测定聚醚多元醇用双金属催化剂中锌、铁含量的方法。以EDTA标准溶液为滴定剂 ,分别以磺基水杨酸、二甲基酚橙作指示剂 ,在pH =2和pH =5~ 6的条件下连续测定铁和锌含量 ,平均回收率分别为 98.84 %、99.80 %。该方法具有简便、快速、准确的特点。 The content of Fe and Zn of the double metal catalyst for the preparation of polyether were measured by using complex titration analysis method. Using EDTA standard solution as titration agent, sulphosalicylic acid and xylenol orange as indicator. adjust pH value to 2, the content of Fe was measured; then adjust pH value to 5~6 ,the content of Zn was measured respectively. The recovery rate is 98.84% and 99.80%. This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
