摘要
以丙酮为工质,对水平排管串联型分离式热管,在充液率为32%~179%之间进行了实验研究。测量了热管蒸发器和冷凝器管壁、加热和冷却风道出口截面等处的温度分布;分析了不同充液率下热管的工作状态;计算了换热量、传热系数,从而得出该分离式热管在以丙酮为工质、设定的加热功率为1400W、空气流速1.3m/s时,最佳充液率为70%~114%。
The working fluid filling rate of a special separate type heat pipe is studied experimentally. Acetone is taken as the working fluid. Its filling rate is changed between 32% and 179%, while the velocity of air and heating power for the system are fixed. In these experiments, the wall temperature of the separate type heat pipe exchanger and the outlet air temperature of the upper and lower wind tubes are measured. The heat transfer characteristics in different working states are analyzed respectively and, in this condition, the optimum filling rate is found as from 70% to 114%.
