摘要
就企业依法、合理、快速处理环境污染纠纷的程序进行了阐述 ,并根据实践经验 。
In this paper,the procedures of dealing with the disputes of enviroment pollution legally,rationally and rapidly are narrated,and some matters are put forword which the interprises should pay attention to according with the practice.
