摘要
针对粉状MAP产品含水量偏高、贮存中易结块等问题 ,分析了产量翻番改造设计方案。该方案以浓缩磷酸为原料 ,采用管式反应器代替传统的加压反应釜 ,并直接把料浆喷入喷粉塔 ,成品经干燥、冷却制得含水量低于 2 .0 %的粉状MAP ,解决了粉状MAP产品易结块等问题 。
In view of problems of powder MAP products such as high water content and easy caking during storage, the design option to double the production capacity is analyzed. The option is based on concentrated phosphoric acid as feed and uses tubular reactor to replace the conventional pressure reactor. The slurry is injected directly into the powder blower, the product is dried, cooled to form powder MAP whose water content is less than 2.0%, which has solved problems like caking in powder MAP products. The technical measures to be improved in the future are also proposed.
