摘要 该文运用模糊数学方法对引水枢纽位置方案进行综合评判,该法综合考虑河道防洪、防沙、引水、投资等诸多因素,先利用理想点法和目标规划法的一些想法确定单因素评价矩阵,再在确定权重分配子集的基础上由模型B=W×A,求得综合评判结果B,B中最大元素对应的方案就是最佳方案。 The comprehensive evaluation of a diversion project site has presented in this paper by using of the fuzzy mathematics method. A lot of factors of river channel flood control,sedimentation control,water diversion and costs were considered in the method. Firstly,a single factor evaluation matrix was determined by using of the ideal point method and goal programming method. Then, a comprehensive evaluation result of B matrix was obtained from the model of B= W × A based on the determined weight allocation subset. Finally, the corresponding alternative of the maximum element in B matrix will be the optimal one.
