摘要
阳离子淀粉是一类重要的淀粉衍生物,可应用于各种领域。其制备方法已有很多种。按制备特点将其分为两大类:湿法、干法。较详细介绍了近年来这两种制备方法在国内外的发展。同时也简要介绍了半干法的研究。
The cationic starch,as an important ramification of the modified starch,has been used in many fields nowadays.The techniques in the preparation of the cationic starch can be classified as two main types:the wet process,the dry process.This paper will cover these types and their progress in recent years,and also introduce the study of half-dry process.
