The Design and Application of the Automatic Control System of the Paper Pulp Cooking Process

针对蒸球蒸煮过程特性,设计了一套自动控制系统,提出了基于模糊与PID的混合算法,在小偏差时使用改进的PID算法,在大偏差时使用模糊控制算法。该算法用于金莲纸业六个蒸球的工业曲线跟踪控制后,在系统存在较大干扰的情况下,使跟踪精度大为提高。

This paper designs a suit of automatic control system based on the characteristics of the spherical digester cooking process.It proposes the fuzzy and PID hybrid algorithm applying improved PID algorithm at small error and fuzzy control algorithm at large error.The cooking curve tracing accuracy is greatly improved with the application of the algorithm to the tracing control system consisting of six spherical digesters in Jinlian paper with large disturbances.
