降低武钢炼铁工序能耗的分析与对策

摘要 在武钢现有的原燃料和设备状况下继续降低炼铁工序能耗存在一些难题。为了挖掘企业内部潜力 ,详细分析了武钢炼铁工序能耗与宝钢的差距及其主要原因 ,提出了降低武钢炼铁工序能耗的对策措施。 Under present raw material and equipment conditions there are some difficulties to further reduce the energy consumption of ironmaking process in WISCO.In order to bring all potentialities into full play,the differences of ironmaking process energy consumption between WISCO and BAOSTEEL,as well as the main reason to cause the gap,are analyzed in the paper.After that,countermeasures to further reduce the ironmaking process energy consumption in WISCO are put forward.
