摘要 研究了主要成分和工艺对极低铁损高磁感无取向电工钢磁性的影响。结果表明 ,在研究条件下Si和Al均为基本合金化元素 ,但Al降低铁损的幅度较大 ,恶化磁感作用小 ,热轧板常化能降低铁损 ,缓冷可明显改善磁感 ,采用一次冷轧法可获得较好的综合磁性 。 This paper describes the effect of composition and technology of non-oriented electric steel with ultra-low coreloss and high induction on its magnetic properties.The research results can be summarized as follows:Si and Al are both basic alloying elements under given conditions,but Al is stronger in lowering coreloss and weaker in deteriorating induction than Si.,the coreloss can be lowered by normalizing of hot-rolled strip and the induction can be improved by slow cooling of hot-rolled strip,better comprehensive magnetic properties can be gained by single cold-rolling,properly incerasing the tempering temperature can lead the hot-rolled product under different conditions to have uniform properties.
