摘要
复合材料的成型条件如成型时间、成型压力、成型温度等影响基体的浸渍程度。以Darcy定律为基础,分析基体完全浸渍所需时间的浸渍模型。研究了不同的成型温度、成型压力及聚丙烯(PP)基体对不同芳纶体积分数的PP/芳纶复合材料浸渍程度的影响。试验表明,随成型温度和成型压力的增加,完全浸渍时间t_(max)不断减小;随着芳纶体积含量的增加,PP基体完全浸渍所用的时间也延长。
The processing conditions of forming composites such as time, pressure and temperature influence the matrix's impregnating degree. Based on Darcy's law, the impregnating model for the time impregnating Kevlar fully was discussed. The effect of different temperature and pressure on the impregnating degree for different Kevlar volume was investigated. The experimental results showed that the time of matrix's impregnating decreased with the increase of temperature and pressure, and impregnating time increased with the decrease of Kevlar volume.
