摘要 综合介绍了塑料焊接技术的基本原理、必要条件、分类及影响因素等,对几种主要的塑料焊接方法进行了详细的论述。并简要介绍了塑料焊接技术在医用塑料制品中的应用及发展前景。其中,对目前较为先进的焊接技术,如超声焊接、激光焊接做了详尽的介绍,并对一些问题做了有益的探讨。特别是激光焊接因能适应在医用制品领域应用的准确性、可控性及可靠性要求,已经越来越引起人们的重视。 The principle, necessary condition, classification and other factors of the plastics welding technology were introduced. The several main methods of the plastics welding were discussed in details, and its application in the medical product was also introduced. Included all of this, the more advanced welding technologies were introduced such as ultrasonic plastic welding and laser welding, and then some beneficial discuss have been done. Especially, the laser welding has recently become attractive to the industry simply because of its accuracy, controllability and reliability demanded by these applications.
