摘要
主要介绍作为新型轴承材料的碳纤维增强聚酰亚胺/Al_2O_3纳米复合材料的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能,举例阐述了超混杂复合材料托辊用轴承的设计要点、成型工艺、PV值、许用温度及实验方法。试验证明,该纳米复合材料轴承的PV值可达1.29~1.50 MPa·m/s,其使用温度可达220℃以上,初步应用效果良好。
The mechanical properties, frictional coefficient, volume wear, etc. of carbon fiber reinforced polyimide/nano-A12O3 composites uesed for the bearing materials are mainly introduced. The key points of design process, PV value, allowable temperature and test method of the composites roller bearing are illustrated with example. Test testifies the bearing has the PV value of 1.29 ~ 1. 50 MPa . m/s, and using temperature being≥220℃
