摘要
介绍了微段渐开线齿廓形成过程,从理论上分析了微段渐开线齿廓以凹凸方式啮合时其曲率半径相等及其接触应力σ_H很小的原因。同时通过有限元法分析了微段渐开线的弯曲强度,并与相同情形下的渐开线齿轮进行了比较,指出了微段渐开线齿廓的弯曲强度优于渐开线齿廓的原因。
In the article the theory of teeth profile formation and the equations of micro-segment rack & gear are introduced in brief, and the reasons that there exists zero relative curvature at many contact points of micro-segment involute profiles in engagement of concave/convex pattern with very small contact stress are analysed. In fact, the contact stress of the micro-segment involute gear is less than that of common involute gear. The inflexion of micro-segment gear compared with that of common involute gear via finite element method is introduced briefly. It is also pointed out why the micro-segment involute gear is more excellent than common involute one in the aspect of inflexion strength.
