摘要
整体式外套框架加层中新旧结构的相互关系是贯彻结构设计思想的关键。在一栋教学楼的加层改造中 ,采用了一种新的处理新旧结构关系的连接构造形式 ,保证新加层的竖向荷载不传递给原结构 ,而在水平地震作用下两者又能共同受力 ,从而改善了外套框架和加层后整体结构的抗震性能。同时正确的结构设计思想避免了对原结构的大规模加固处理 ,缩短了工期 。
A presentation is given of the salient design features of a complex building.The reinforced concrete(RC) frame structure supporting a two-storey office block spans the existing four-storey brick masonry building,and they are interlocked by specially designed junctions,which disconnect the masonry with the frame completely in elevation.This allows the free settlement of the frame that otherwise would have involved transferring the vertical load,whereas in the horizontal direction,they are joined as a unit to resist lateral earthquake action,the design and construction of the junctions played a key role in realizing the new design concept.As a result,the seismic performance of the complex building was improved,and the seismic potential of strengthened wall panels was utilized fully,needless to introduce new lateral load-resisting elements.Apart from those merits,construction duration was also shortened.
