摘要 目的 探讨放、化疗对恶性肿瘤病人血液流变学的影响。方法 对比研究放、化疗前后恶性肿瘤病人的血液流变学改变。结果 放或/和化疗后恶性肿瘤患者的全血粘度均得到不同程度的降低(P<0.05),而且这种改变可能与治疗效果具有相关性。结论 放、化疗方案可使恶性肿瘤患者的血液流变学参数得以改善,血液流变学有望作为判断疗效的辅助指标。 Objective To investigate the effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy on blood rheology of malignancy. Methods A comparison study of blood rheology was performed in a group malignancy patients in pre-therapy and post-therapy. Results The blood viscosity of malignancy patients was reduced after radiotherapy or/and chemotherapy , furthermore the change maybe correlation with the therapeutic effect. Conclusions The radiotherapy or/ and chemotherapy can improve the blood viscosity of malignancy patients. It is possible in further using the blood viscosity as a auxiliary index of evaluation the therapeutic effect of malignancy patients.
