准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术后角膜地形图的动态分析

To analyze the active changes of corneal topgrphy after PRK

目的 准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(photo refractive keratotomy,PRK)后动态分析角膜地形图形态的变化及对视力的影响。方法 选择PRK术后角膜地形图资料完整的患者64例(125眼),分析术后2wk、1mo、3mo、6mo角膜地形图及视力的变化。结果 术后角膜地形图主要表现:圆形\椭圆形(5％)、哑铃形(22％)、半环形(7％)、中央小岛形(6％)、不规则形(6％)、中心偏移(45.6％)。随时间推移,角膜切削形态趋向平滑,各种不同形态与视力的回退有一定关系。结论 角膜地形图的动态分析对PRK术后角膜表面球面性状的评价,手术疗效的预测及手术设计的改进有重要临床意义。

Objective To analyze the active changes and the effect on visual acuity of corneal topography after PRK. Methods 64patients (125eyes) that had whole corneal topography date, were included, and the changes of corneal topographies and visual acuity were analyzed 2 week . 1.3.6 months after surgery. Results After surgery the corneal topography was show: round or oblong ( 5 % ), collar button (22 % ), semicircular ( 7 % ), central island ( 6 % ), irregular (6 % ), decent ration (45. 6 % ) . The longer the time was, the corneal ablation was smooth, and there was some relation between the decreased of visual acuity and visual acuity. Conclusions To analyze the active changes of corneal topography is essential and helpful for evaluating surface changes after PRK, progress the surgical design of PRK, and predicting the refractive outcome with greath precision.
