摘要
报道了苯抽提蒸馏技术新工艺在连续重整工业装置上的应用。一年多的工业运行结果表明 ,该工艺技术先进 ,流程合理 ,操作平稳 ,各项技术指标达到设计要求 ,经济效益显著 ,可在同类装置新建或扩能改造中推广应用。
The industrial application of a new benzene extractive distillation technology on reforming plant is presented. After over one year's operation in CCR unit,the technology was proved being a big success.The results shows that all technical requirements were met on the design basis with advanced technology,reasonable process flow scheme,stable operation and high profits,etc.It could be widely applied to similar new-built units or enlargements to old units.
