Revamping the 1-Butene Plant with Improved Technology

采用新型高效塔盘对齐鲁 1-丁烯生产装置进行了改造。改造后在不增加任何设备、工艺流程不变、原料组成不变的情况下 ,装置的处理能力提高了 4 3% ,产品收率提高了 10 % ,产品产量提高了 5 2 % ,经济效益十分可观。

A new type of high-efficiency distillation column plate was adopted in revamping the 1-butene plant in Qilu Rubber Complex while no additional equipment installed, no process changed and no feedstock composition altered. The plant's processing capacity has achieved an increase of 43 percent, the product yield of 10 percent and the plant's output capacity of 52 percent. The economic benefit is considerably increased.
