摘要
利用浸没法腐蚀实验研究了NiAl 28Cr 5.8Mo 0.2Hf(原子分数,%)合金在750℃下,LiCl 10(质量分数,%)Li2O熔盐中的腐蚀行为。该合金是由NiAl(β)相、Cr(Mo)相和少量的Hf的固溶体相组成。实验结果表明:Cr(Mo)相的腐蚀优先于NiAl相的腐蚀,腐蚀产物为LiCrO2、LiAlO2,反应所形成的腐蚀层是非保护性的,因此腐蚀动力学曲线呈直线。
The corrosion behavior of NiAl 28Cr 5.8Mo 0.2Hf (atomic fraction,%)alloy at 750℃ in molten LiCl 10(mass %) Li 2O has been studied by immersion testing. The alloy is composed of NiAl(β) phase, Cr(Mo) phase and Hf rich phase. The results indicate that corrosion of Cr(Mo) phase precedes that of NiAl(β) phase and the corrosion products are LiCrO 2 and LiAlO 2. The corrosion scale is non protective and the corrosion kinetic curve is linear.
