闹羊花素-Ⅲ(Rhodojaponin-Ⅲ)在小白菜中残留的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了闹羊花素 Ⅲ(Rhodojaponin Ⅲ)在小白菜中残留的测定方法,结果表明,该法的平均添加回收率96.7%.残留消解动态试验结果表明,闹羊花素 Ⅲ经浸渍法施药于小白菜5d后,闹羊花素 Ⅲ残留量小于10%,其半衰期为50.55h,说明闹羊花素 Ⅲ在小白菜中的残留期较短. The residue of rhodojaponinⅢ in the little Chinese cabbage (Brassica chinensis) has been measured. The experiment indicates that the residue amount of rhodojaponinⅢ is less than 10% of the totlal usage amount of rhodojaponinⅢ after 5 days. The percent recovery of the method is 96.7%. The halftime of rhodojaponinⅢ is 50.55 hours. RhodojaponinⅢ extracted from yellow azalea (Rhododendron molle) is probably a kind of lowresidue insecticide.
