脂肝清颗粒对脂肪肝模型大鼠的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的 观察脂肝清颗粒对不同脂肪肝模型大鼠的影响。方法 用乙硫氨酸脂肪肝、酒精脂肪肝模型,观察不同剂量的脂肝清颗粒对大鼠血脂代谢、肝内脂代谢、肝组织改变、肝功能和肝内脂肪变细胞百分比等的影响。结果与结论 脂肝清颗粒可使乙硫氨酸大鼠血总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)显著升高,肝内(TG)、糖原(Gn)显著降低,肝脏脂肪变性和颗粒变性显著改善。可使酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血CHO、TG、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)降低,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)升高,降低肝内TG、Gn含量,对酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肝脏脂肪变性、颗粒变性、纤维组织增生有明显的改善作用。图象分析可见:脂肝清颗粒有降低脂肪变细胞面积百分比、提高正常肝细胞面积百分比的作用;对脂肪变细胞/肝细胞面积百分比比值有减少作用。其高、中、低剂量组的药效作用强度有一定的量效关系。 Objective to observe the Zhiganqing Grannules' effect on various fatty liver rats. Methods Two models, the model of ethionine type fatty liver and the model of alcohol type fatty liver, were used in this experiment to observe different doses of Zhiganqing Granules' effect on blood fat metabolism, inside liver fat metabolism, liver tissue change, liver function and inside liver lipocyte proportion. Results and Conclusion Zhiganqing Granules can evidently lower CHO、TG of blood and TG、Gn of liver in ethionine rats, improve the transformation of fatty liver and granula. Zhiganqing Grannules can evidently decrease CHO、TG、LDL of blood, lower TG, Gn of liver, enhance HDL in alcohol type fatty liver rats. It can also improve the transformation of fatty liver and granula and the hyperplasia of fiber texture. It can be shown in these graphs that in every model Zhiganqing Granules do have remarkable effect on lowering the proportion of lipocytes area and enhancing the proportion of normal liver cells area, so it do have the effect on lowering the ratio of lipocytes area versus normal liver cells area. There is a definitive dose dependence relationship in drug action among higher, middle and lower doses.
