摘要
当前本土化战略已日益成为所有跨国公司共同追求的目标。中国企业进行海外投资要想成功推进本土化进程,必须要对本土化做出深刻和全面的认识,防止认识上的误区带来实际操作上的失误。本土化战略是与国际化战略密不可分的具有动态性和创新性特点的跨国战略,中国企业进行海外投资过程中宜谨慎地采取合适方式推行各种职能战略的本土化进程。
Localization strategy has increasingly become the target that all transnational companies pursue. To succeed advancing the localization progress of oversea investment, Chinese enterprises must have a deep and complete cognition on localization for preventing that the erroneous areas in cognition will cause the mistakes in operation. Localization strategy is a kind of transnational strategy with dynamic and innovative characteristics of. Chinese oversea enterprises should prudently precede localization of a variety of functional strategies in proper ways.
