摘要
文章首先对科技成果转化做了界定,然后对成果转化的系统进行了分析,并从理论上阐明了成果转化的模式、特点及其设计原则。
This paper puts forward the definition of the transformation of scientific and technical payoffs, makes systematical analysis on the system of the transformation of scientific and technical payoffs; and expounds the modes and features of the transformation and the designing principles of these modes.
