为使我国股票的发行方法更加有效、科学、规范,文章在回顾我国以往股票发行方法的基础上,提出了一种更科学的均衡风险的三维竞价法,并给出具体的均衡风险技术算法。

In order to make the issuing method of our country's stock more effective, scientific and standardized, this paper forward a kind of more scientific three-dimension competitive pricing method that can equalize the risks based on reviewing our country's stock issuing methods in the past, and gives concrete technical algorithm used to equalize the risks.
