摘要
主要讨论了磷化过程中加速剂、配位剂、缓冲剂等对磷化膜形成的影响以及反应机理,并结合实际提出必要的磷化工艺条件。
This paper mainly discusses on the effect of promoters, complex agents and buffering agents on the formation of phosphorized film in the phosphorization process and the reaction mechanism of the formation of phosphorized film, and puts forward the essential technological factors connecting with the practice.
