摘要
从当前铁路桥隧养护部门所处的现状出发,阐明了实行“养修分开”的必要性,重点对“养修分开”的具体做法进行了论述。
Starting from the present situation of railway and bridge tunnel maintenance sections, this paper expounds the necessity of practicing “divisional maintenance and repair”, and discusses emphatically on the concrete methods of “divisional maintenance and repair”.
