摘要
杠杆式同时闭合机构是人造板工业中多层热压机的重要装置之一 ,其闭合精度直接影响到产品质量 .本文利用Matlab/simulink对该机构外框部分 ,即以滑块为主动件的曲柄滑块机构进行了运动学仿真 。
The leverage of synchronously closing machine is important for multilayer hot-press in forestry industry because its closing precision directly affects product's quality. Based on Matlab/simulink, this paper addresses the kinematical simulation for the leverage's framework, a slider-crank mechanism driven by slider. This lays a foundation for study closing precision for every pulling-levers and its corresponding press-levers in the machine.
