摘要
研究直接混纺染料对大豆和棉纤维的染色性能,测定了在分浴和同浴条件下两种纤维上的表面色深值(K/S),并用大豆纤维上的K/S值的分配率表示同色性的高低,用正交法优选无甲醛固色剂对染色试样的固色工艺。
Seperate bath and one-bath dyeing of soybean fibre/cotton blend fabric are conducted respectively, the curves of dye-uptake rate and shade depth(K/S value) are tested. Formaldehyde-free dye fixing agents suitable for the fixing process of the fabric sample are optimized.
