分析滴塑植绒产品生产的特点和难点,介绍该产品生产中易产生滴塑形成的珠状塑料上粘附绒毛问题的解决办法——引入专用“脱模剂”。

Characteristics and problems in processing flock textile dot printed with drop method of plastic are analyzed. The problem of pile adhered to the drop shape often occurred during production is solved by using special relieving agent.
