陶瓷配方研究中正交设计因素的选取

THE SELECTION OF ORTHOGONAL DESIGN ELEMENTS IN RESEARCH FOR CERAMIC FORMULA

以生料无光釉的正交试验设计为研究对象 ,讨论了不同设计因素选取方法对正交试验设计结果的影响。试验结果表明 :采用以原料种类为正交设计因素时 ,会导致正交设计结果不理想 ;而以化学组成量为设计因素时 ,效果较好。

On the basis of orthogonal test design for non-lustrous glaze of green stock,the paper discusses the effect of orthogonal test design on various selecting methods for design.The test result enunciation:when adoption the kinds of the raw materials as elements of orthogonal test design,the result of the orthogonal test design is not nicety;but when adoption chemical composition as elements of orthogonal test design,the result of the orthogonal test design is nicety.
